Addition and interior alteration to colonial style home. Project did not comply with front yard setback requirement and required municipal approvals in the form of a variance. Renovation combined formerly separate kitchen and dining rooms. Work included new kitchen, breakfast room, mudroom, enclosed front porch, and master bedroom suite addition.
